"Tried to troubleshoot over the phone. The Owner knew the exact issue. Came out in -0 weather immediately upon my request. I knew I had a leak inside the well. They informed me I should replace the pump, pipes in the well and everything inside. I prefer to do my own work but decided since they were here go ahead and do it. Good thing I listened because once they started working on it the inside connections were absolutely shot. Put in the new pump, pipes, pressure tank and all new fittings.
