"Chris R., from Laney’s, installed a toilet at our home. He looked over the toilet we purchased and where it was to be installed and explained a couple of issues that were possible, why and what the options would cost. Before beginning he gave me the exact costs for the options. Once I agreed and signed the form, he began the removal and replacement. He replaced a couple of old parts and had the new toilet installed in much less time than I expected. Chris was very polite and took time to answer all my questions. WOW!! Such a skilled and thoughtful young man…I will definitely have him replace all the toilets in our house!!!"
