"My fiancee went in to get her eng. ring sized and the owner proceeded to tell her that the cast of the ring was made sloppy and pointed out imperfections. I entirely agree with the imperfections that he found but to point out to my fiancee a bunch of problems made us both feel bad. When I confronted him about his conversation with her he got defensive and told me that I was wrong and he was right, no apology was ever given. I ended up taking the rings back before he could do the work. The rings were in her name and he didn't check with her that I could take them, he didn't make me sign anything, he didn't even ask my name before letting me walk out with the rings!
