Reviews of Pandora Jewelry
"Alright jewelry store but doesn't have much of a selection"
"Shopped today for some Christmas gifts today and the person who helped us was very friendly. She was a bit quiet but not in a rude way. She was helpful and polite. Pleasant attitude in retail is well appreciated. For played items, prices were a bit high but that’s a company issue, not a store issue so I’d never take away a star for that."
"I’m terribly disappointed by the customer service in the Fargo location. My sister and I have been purchasing Pandora for my mother for at least ten years. We walked into an empty store and neither of the associates greeted us or asked if we needed help. They simply gave us a dirty look and assumed their conversation. Clearly whatever the associates were discussing was much more important than a potential sale. I have worked retail for many years and couldn’t imagine ignoring a guest in my store like that. There is a complete lack of professionalism and I will not be returning. If you’re looking to purchase jewelry save your time and walk across the hall to Helzberg or Zales were we received exceptional customer service."
"I’ve been a Pandora customer for many years, having traveled throughout the United States visiting many of their stores. I always try to find charms on sale because all I oftentimes make charm bracelets as gifts for random acts of kindness. Upon entrance to the Fargo, North Dakota Pandora store (Sunday, April 16, 2023 afternoon), two white female employees were having a conversation looking at their display case. When I entered there was no hello. There was no greeting. I had to initiate the conversation by saying, ”Hello.” Without any greeting, I was simply asked, “Can I help you?” I was a bit taken aback at the greeting. However, I realized that my normal professional attire might have impacted their response because I looked like I just got out of the gym instead. There was no smile and there was no friendliness. I only had a few minutes to spare so I wanted to see anything on sale. When I asked, “Do you have any sale items?” I received the most distasteful facial response ever! My friend who was accompanying me said that the look indicated disgust from being bothered. It was quite obvious and noticeable. After a few seconds of scowling her face, she replied, “We don’t have ‘that’ here” and immediately went back to having a conversation with her coworker. There was no additional offering for assistance. It was clear that the sales associates were not interested in any of my potential purchases. It’s a shame that some snooty sales associates feel that local customers don’t deserve their time. In such a small community such as Fargo, I assure you that their behaviors will not go unnoticed. Pandora is new to this town. They should keep that in mind if they desire to do well economically. This local doctor and professor will never visit the Fargo Pandora again. And I plan on sharing my experience with others so they too can be forewarned of such unprofessional behavior."
