"We had our 2 dogs in for a stay the weekend before Thanksgiving. Both dogs caught kennel cough. When I called them, the owner instructed us to go get confirmation from our doctor. We did get confirmation, we called the office to inform them of the finding, the Vet was also going to call, and was told by a worker that they would call us back. We never heard a word from them, no offer of apologies or compensation for the vet visit. Very disappointing as I had used them years back."
