"Glamour Pets seriously wounded our dogs ear with a razor and did not even notify of us the damage caused, thus sending us to the emergency Vet shortly after grooming. See attached pictures. When we told them about it, they pushed-back, failed to take responsibility, apologize, or even pay the Vet bill."

"Was good until covid now they doubled their cost and ask for tips, most are very nice but the lady with glasses is pretty rude, especially when asking for a tip after you doubled you're prices. In other words I learned how to cut dog hair myself cause it's cheaper and not that hard."
