"This is the best place to take your dog for grooming. Ross and Jaime take such good care of all the animals that come into their establishment. The two 1 star reviews should be removed by Google. It is not their fault that they do such great work and are always booked! If anything it is an indicator that they are by far the best option! My advice: continue to ask to try to get in. The worst is that the answer will be no but as soon as you get a yes, always come back. We have a small cheagle rescue that was abandoned by his former owners in a foreclosed house. He suffers from severe separation anxiety and does not trust many people. He never has any issues going with Ross or Jaime. I trust them with my dog more than the vet! Not enough stars or praise can be given to these amazing people."

"I have to share another awesome experience with Mutts on Main and Jaime & Ross. I have a Great Dane named Chief who is getting up in years and can be particular about the kind of activity he's willing or wanting to do, being groomed, having his nails trimmed, ears cleaned and everything that's goes along with grooming seems like it should be one of those activities that Chief wouldn't want to do... But every time I pull up to Mutts on Main and he sees Ross & Jaime. .. he acts like he's visiting his best friend. Its is awesome, they treat him like family and he is go clean and handsome when done... I love bringing him there, he wouldn't go anywhere else."

"The shop in clean, professional and charming. Ross is a master puppy scrubber and gets all the dog smell out. Jaime is the BEST groomer I've ever had!!!! Amazing haircuts. They're laid back and don't stress my dog. And the dogs are kept in view of them at all times. They book up fast, so make appointments in advance!"

"If you have the opportunity to get an appointment with Mutts on Main, grab it! I used to groom my own Havanese Dog because I had taken her to 3 different groomers with results that were unacceptable! A friend recommended Mutts on Main and these people (Jaime and Ross) are the best that ever happened to my dog! I drop her off, she's happy to be there, I pick her up, she runs out to greet me and then runs back to Jaime and Ross, all comfortable with her surroundings at Mutts on Main! They are talented, clearly love dogs, and I am fortunate to have found this little jewel in Waconia! I cannot see myself ever going to a different groomer!"
