"Really great place, so good with your pet!!"
"I waited 3 months for an appointment to have my dog groomed, I got there and let the lady know he may bark. She said she would call immediately if he did. I left and not even 20min later she called saying my dog was barking and growling at her and to come pick him up she was refusing service. If she would have gotten to know my dog, pet him say his name and just put effort into making him feel safe in a new surrounding he wouldn't do that. She proceeded to tell me my dog had an attitude problem, and he had no manners, she's hasn't refused service in so many years, oh telling me to be careful with him around people and kids "he's the type to bite someone for no reason" my dog is around kids all the time. She just didn't want to do her job. She was the rudest lady I've ever dealt with. My mom had went here as well, and it's the same lady that cut my mom's dog bad, didn't know that till later but never again."
