"Apparently this lady does not like new customers...I am new to needing dog grooming services in the area. I called to see what prices were and when I could schedule. She said she couldn't schedule me for a month yet. I said I would go ahead and schedule, but I was waiting to hear back from another place, and if they could get me in sooner and had comparable prices and customer feedback I would make sure to cancel with her right away. She flat out refused to schedule me if I may have to reschedule or cancel the appointment. I explained that it would be today or tomorrow when I knew for sure, and she cut me off and stated that she simply would not even take my information until I knew that I would not have to change my appointment. I told her that was fine, I just wouldn't even bother with her services if she wasn't going to have any flexibility with me. I'm moving on to better opportunities for my sweet pup;)"
