"Went to them twice. Terrible experience on both years. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service and still havent got my amended return but they said they mailed it. That went on for months. Called the IRS and its not even there or any record of it. Wants to charge me $400 which is appalling since i havent even got my return from almost a year ago! Honestly surprised this business is still open with all the complaints that ive heard from other people who have went."

"Awful! Awful! Awful! I was given a quote (unknown to Randy) and when I came in to file I was charged more than DOUBLE the quote amount. I am a single person with no investments...etc and was charged $150!! The appointment took 20 minutes from the time I stepped in the door to the time I pulled out of the parking lot....I will never go here again and I strongly advise anyone considering Randy's Tax to look elsewhere."
