"My Shih Tzu was groomed at Wags And Whiskers on August 23, 2023. The groomer told me she had cut my dog and was going to give me five dollars off!!! My dog had her skin shaved off with the razor and the skin was hanging there She had an open sore the size of a nickel In addition, the groomer, shaved my dog right down to her skin and cut all her hair off her tail. She looks horrible. I called the owner and her response was she would give me a free grooming!!! no real concern or apology Then she tried to justify the cut because my dog had a few mats!! Lastly the owner informed me she rents stations out and I would need to contact the groomer for any vet expenses or reimbursement Luckily, my dogs sore is healing and there has not been an infection. I will never take my dog back there."

"I have a sweet sheepadoodle puppy who is afraid of loud noises from the blow drier. I have been banned now from their grooming services because they can’t handle her. They also cut the ear of my terrier a few years back. Every time I go there, they seem to have issues. Apparently they can’t handle the variety of personalities that many dogs have. I never ever write reviews, but I’ve given this place a few chances and now I am done. Very rude and expensive to boot."
