"Tried to charge me $70 to put a 10 second clip on a DVD. Beyond the Fold charged me $12 for 7 clips on 3 disks. The chick on the phone told me it would take "some time" so they "had to charge me" their hourly rate. If my office was set up I could have had it done in less than 3 minutes so I have assume they are not knowledgeable or bleed their customers? Either way, no thank you."
"The people are very nice but I had brought my Xbox in to fix my HMDI Port and they had said they could fix it but I got it back and now the hdmi port doesn’t work at all and when the Xbox is on it starts to smell like a burning sharpie I didn’t have to pay for the mistake but I wish I still had an Xbox"
