They concocted a debt that I owed them, provided no proof that I was responsible for the debt, and then turned it over to the Department of Treasury without my knowledge. They don't respond to enquiries and relish the opportunity to ruin people's lives. It will take months, if not years, to recover from the financial damage that they have inflicted on my family and me. I wish nothing but the worst for them and I'm sorry for everyone else that has to deal with them."

"In my attempt to find the proper department to handle my issue, I was given a number for Accounting services. It's an automated system. A recorded voice gave me options. Once I got to the correct place, the address the female voice gave was not clear. I had to repeat it several times to get it all then I still couldn't understand the address. I gave up & Googled it. Hurrah for Google. I was NOT given an option to connect with a live person. I'm trying to do the right thing & resolve my issue but the USPS does not make it easy. Issue NOT resolved. I'm so frustrated."
