"I've sent Jack over 30 people in the last 15 years, zero thanks from him. He forgot to file a refund for me last year. Mid year he does it. Then Jack sent the refund to a person I haven't filed with in years. Jack responded after the first email then NEVER again! I'm out $2500 because of Jack. He did NOTHING to help fix his mistake."
