"If I could give zero stars, I would! Tax Savers USA should be shut down by the powers that be IMMEDIATELY. Doug Neumann fraudulently took my money and did not complete my 2020 or 2021 taxes as he claimed he did. Doug is absolutely horrible at running a business! I have left numerous voicemails and sent more than one email in an attempt to get some straight answers from him, and he NEVER (and I mean NEVER) responds. Plainly put, Doug Neumann is a con man. Do NOT trust him to prepare your taxes and submit them to the IRS because, despite collecting your money, he won’t."

"This guy totally scammed me for $320. I had gone to him in the past and didn't have any issues. This time it was very different. I started this process last April right before the tax due date. I never saw Doug who is the accountant because he was never at his office. He had me put my file in a lockbox at his office and all contact was over the phone. He had told me that he would need to file an extension and would finish the taxes when he could get to them. Since then I have called and texted him many times but he always just gives an auto reply saying "I'll call you later". The due date was coming up in less then a for the extensions and he was still not responding to me. I didn't want to risk getting penalized by the IRS so I decided to pay someone else and have my taxes filed elsewhere. I still haven't heard back from him till this day. This guy conned me. Please take my word for it and do not go to this guy. He will take your money and ignore you. In the end you will lose your money and will have to pay someone else to do the work."

"AVOID this company!!!!!! I submitted my 2021 return documents before 4/15. On May 23rd I received my documents back in the mail with nothing regarding whether they were filed or not. I had been using Doug for a long time and he was always great. He also kept dodging my dad about his property tax return from 2020. He claimed he submitted it three times. My dad later found out he never filed it."

"Very disappointed in Doug. He totally screwed me over this year. He never filed my taxes and kept lying to me that he did. He filing filed them on 10/5 and I owed money . I just got a letter in the mail from the IRS saying I owe a ton of money in penalty. Now he will not answer any calls."

"Like others in this thread, I am deeply disappointed. I chatted with him and he said he could do my taxes ahead of the July deadline. I dropped off my documents. Before 4th of July he said he was completing them and they'd be ready within the week. Then no news. I called a few times and no answer and the voice mailbox was full. I went to the office and it's closed - the neighboring tenant said he hadn't been in in a long time. I spoke with the building manager and he said that Doug is working remotely due to COVID... so that makes sense. However, I had to emergency file an extension since he was AWOL. Today is tax day and I still don't have any confirmation or documents from Doug that he even submitted my taxes (I never even signed the form that I think you typically have to sign for the IRS if someone else is preparing your taxes). I see that my credit card has been charged for the services, but the service has been extraordinarily poor. I'm worried that I still have not yet received confirmation of the submission of my taxes, I haven't received copies in my email and hopefully I'll even get my documents back (including my 2018 docs). I'm disappointed in that I feel like I have had to call many times to try and get a status. I get it- these are scary and challenging times and working remotely SUCKS, but some communication and follow through would be appreciated. I will update this review if/when I ever get my documents and tax return filed."
