"J M Knoll since 2019 to 2021 has lost 40% of the clients purchased from DRG Financial Services-its Burnsville MN operations since in 2018. Knowing Individual make a choice of tax preparer based partially on personal traits and partial business on tax knowledge I wonder if this firm is truly worth a grade other than C. For 40% of 500 Clients does show a trend"
"What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Frenchie McDonald should lose her License. She over billed me on several occasions that is why I fired her. Now she has the nerve to send some frivolous bill to collections! She also discussed my personal finances and confidential information with an ex-employer someone she happened to know socially without my permission!! She has violated every form of ethics she is supposed to uphold. Also Incompetent! (I was charged fees from the IRS after she did my taxes due to errors on her part) Also COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY!! I will be filing a complaint with the State of MN next"
