"I gave this business a 1 star because there was no rating less than a star and I didn't want them to think that I decided not to take the time to provide a star rating. The only one who deserves a star rating is the woman who answers the phone for Sandy, and she deserves a 10 star rating.. My call was passed on the Sandy and she didn't ask me for my name but knew that I was calling regarding a K-1 form I was to receive from my mother's tax filing. She was rude and abrupt and said I should quit calling that she is still working on the filing and hung up (slammed the phone down) before I could tell her that she and I had never spoken. Very unprofessional behavior. I called back and spoke with the woman who answers the phone, I was so shocked that I was crying and could hardly speak. That lady, I will call her a lady compared to Sandy's behavior, was so compassionate and took down my information. This lady answering Sandy's phone deserves to be paid very well for her representation of this 'business' and if not then she should go elsewhere and I would give her a great recommendation. We have been in business for 50 years, it is now passed down to a son, we have never treated anyone disrespectfully nor allowed any of our employees to be disrespectful or rude.."
