"I don’t like the long wait and they come late often. They don’t have a better system to do the signup and people just cut. After I file my taxes they do not answer your calls or message. I never got my tax return last year and tried calling leaving message no response."

"Don’t waste your time with this couple. Once you file your taxes with them, they are unresponsive by call. You go back there in person and they tell you to wait in line for 5 hours just to tell you to come back tomorrow."

It’s a ridiculously long wait so I highly encourage you to go in, sign up for a slot and come back to check on where your status is or bring your phone charger as you wait. If you are impatient than yea, go elsewhere. I’m rating them 4 stars because of their exceptional work when entering information. They explain and try to get the most returned back to you. Peev Xwm also ordered pizza for the clients who waited those long hours. So sweet of him as they did provide a small snack stand. Nothing fancy but there’s water and soda to keep you hydrated and guava candy for snacking. Props to the team who withheld those long work hours of entering accurate paperwork! ❤️"
