"Prior to working with Robyn I had asked if she had experience with rental properties. She said yes, but based off my experience that is inaccurate. My taxes were done wrong so she had to file amended taxes for me. Later, I inquire about the homestead refund that she also missed on my taxes and said I did not qualify. This also was inaccurate. I had to have a second amended tax filing to be completed so that all my stuff was accounted for, accurately reported, and I would get back a better refund. I decided to go through a different tax accountant the second round and ended up spending even more money to do this so my taxes were done right. Throughout my entire interaction with Robyn, she would not return my phone calls, text, or even emails. She initially tried telling me at first that we did not have to do an amended tax filing and that I wouldn't be getting back that much. I do not recommend this business as I had a very bad experience and Robyn was unprofessional and told me that I had to find someone else to do my taxes the next year."
