Edina Tax

"I called March 20th at 5:35pm asking for the hours of operation. The person who answered asked me "Who is this? Do I know you? Are you a client?" I explained I am not a client yet, and I am responding to the Edina Tax flyer I received in the mail. The person then explained he is the owner and is with someone else right now. The man took my phone number and said he would return my phone call. One week later and no returned phone call. I have chosen to use someone else. I was only a potential customer attempting to do business with you 3yrs ago when I originally posted this review. Google does allow for potential customers to post reviews of their experience. You might want to do a little research on how to respond to a negative review because your response is telling."
