They need to work on their customer service. No one's asking anyone to bow down to them, it's just common courtesy for a customer especially if they're being polite to you as well."

I didn't do anything to the cashier clerk you guys have working there alone the white older lady with the permanent mean face yeah her she's very disrespectful. And I will be calling corporate or her manager because at this point it's way to many complaints on this woman for nothing to be done ."

"First time long lines and one lady that was behind the window I waited over 20 minutes speaking to her boss over the phone because I had a wire transfer that was being refunded back to me and she refused to do it because I didn't have an I.D. but I have the tracking code and everything boss or whoever I was speaking to over phone told her it was okay but she told him no and she was rude and and had an attitude and just exhibiting in my opinion a stereotypical cashier worker. The last two times I went the same thing long lines over 10-15 minute wait one person behind the window but my experience the clerk was was better"
