"When I applied via US Bank for PPP loan I included also the W-9 or 1099-MISC for the independent contractors in my company because was my understanding that they are also covered. US Bank approved my loan for independent contractors and made good commissions. I paid my independent contractors using the PPP loan. When I applied for forgiveness US Bank only approved the forgiveness for employees. Because of the bank's fraud and greediness I got stuck now paying back the PPP loan that I spent on independent contractors. Thank you, US Bank!"

"Moved to the area and been to this branch about 4 times since September. Every time I simply leave after 15 minutes in line. There is never anyone working beyond 1 or possibly 2 people. I always have to come back and try again. Probably the worst branch around for staff and wait times. Edit - As for the auto reply about contacting you not sure what that would do. If you were "very concerned" it would probably have been looked at almost a year ago when all the negative reviews rolled in. Clearly, its not a concern for US Bank."

"Poorly managed branch. Stood in line for 30 minutes only one teller working only to find out I must make an appointment. As a retiree from the bank it was embarrassing to hear comments from disgruntled customers and watch them walk out the door. USB you can and must do better."

"The worst service. There is always a line for the one teller working. Multiple US Bank employees standing around talking. Update stopped by June 12th at 3:50pm same old story"
