"My frustration with this branch is almost too much to describe! 1st, they act like you walked into the wrong place if you even look like you want a teller… They no longer offer in person teller services! I used the drive through the other day and the teller laughed at me when I asked for a deposit slip. Said “We don’t use them anymore.” Then proceeded to put my money in someone else’s account. $1200 just gone -for over 2 weeks! After multiple calls, (They never answer) and now sitting in the branch they can not figure out how to get it in my account. Been here 25 minutes and they asked if I had errands!?! Now 15 more minutes and they tell me it will take 2 business days…. (After my rent is due!) to give me my money back!!! This is nothing like the US Bank I started with over 30 years ago! Just horrible!"
"Saturday open til noon, but not the drive thru Lobby open but no one to help. Prob need appointments. Needed to withdraw more than atm would allow, ridiculous what this “bank” has become."
