"I would give this place a 0 if I could. The worst Experience I have ever had, The tax person was not helpful, he missed things and only put things down when we mentioned it. Making comments that were unprofessional. Not to mention he kept tacking on charges for "doing more" He is not reliable and very unprofessional and not personable at all. Do not go here Update: the district manager Stacy was amazing and resolved the issue quickly. She is great. Thank you"

"Dropped my taxes off. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from the person doing my taxes. I have called three separate times and have been told I will be called which still has not happened."

"They scheduled an appointment for us to do our taxes and then called the night before to cancel because they were "too busy." The person who called said our only option was to have them drop off our taxes, so they could be scanned and then an unnamed person two states away would reach us via Zoom. NOT! When my wife pointed out that they confirmed the appointment they said we screwed up by doing it online. She added that they can't take anyone new, even though we've been going therefor five years. "I was told that my check would be here quickly and it has not and the doors are locked and boarded up at the location that I used to go to I also know that my taxes have not come back and I need them as quickly as possible and fighting cystic fibrosis and other medical conditions have called the IRS and they stated that I need to contact the people that did my taxes but when I do nobody ever calls me back something smells suspicious and the situation I have never ever had a problem with this company in the past however this year has been completely different I usually get my taxes within 3 days this year I've been waiting for a long time and still have not heard nothing it's very upsetting and I am getting low income and need this money for other bills please contact me if you know of how to fix this issue I've called their customer service and they are out of me to the store but the store is closed with only a voicemail with no other details thank you for your time have a blessed day everyone please think about doing your taxes somewhere else"
