"Front desk employee would not stop loudly playing on their phone. Seemed unbothered by the fact that we needed help. Kept watchi g tiktoks. The few tax "professionals " here clearly have no idea what they're doing. They continously tried overcharging us for unneeded services and changed the price and return number several times. The service here is pathetic."

"The service was excellent. The accountant and I started before my scheduled time. It was great to know a professional was getting me the best deal by typing the numbers for me. However, the appointment was too expensive. For me I paid her over $200 for one hour of amazing service. That is the only reason I might return to software preparers."

"My overall experience was good. However, when i asked a question related to my refund i sensed frustration from the associate that assisted me. The frustration i sensed made me feel discouraged to ask any other questions even if i had them. In the future i hope to be assisted with more patience."

"I thought the tax drop off was convenient but turns out they had closed the office for two weeks and did not even submit my taxes. No notice was sent to me until I called in two weeks later which I found out from another H&R Block location. I left a voicemail and received a call from an agent but they never left a message. Called back and turns out they needed signatures from me before they can submit it. Turns out I signed it that evening when I dropped off my taxes. Very unorganized. I’m at very please that they were able to find more credits for me but I would not return to this location. Overall I’ve been an H&R Block customer for 10+ years. Just disappointed this happened."

"Would not go to this location ever again. Sketchy place that leaves their door unlocked with nobody supervising it. I was there last week to talk to somebody after sitting on the phone with customer service and they told me to go and talk to someone there. I literally waited for an hour inside that store around noon to 1 and walked all the way in the back looked for people who were supposed to be running a store. Getting lunch I get it but lock the door and put up a sign. I was GREATLY disappointed with this experience and felt very unsafe and unprotected letting them have my files if they cant lock doors and people can freely walk in and around as they please."
