"I dealt with the owner Jay last year and had a good experience. This year- definitely not the same experience. I called to get a quote for my taxes this year - when I went to pick up my taxes, they not only charged me more but Alex told me he never quoted me the price. I didn’t speak to Alex but he tried to tell me it was him. Another female employee told me she quoted me the higher price - I never discussed price with her either. I highly recommend getting quote in writing as they will pull a “fast one” and overcharge you. Employees are rude!!! Alex especially rude! My tax preparer could not answer basic questions I had regarding my returns. Needless to say, I will never have them do my taxes again. There are way too many tax preparation services to give my business to a dishonest and rude company!"

"I would not reccomend going to this specific office. It's not open most of the season and if you have any issues it's hard to get a hold of anyone. I went in this past April with all my papers in hand, but had also uploaded online prior to my appointment. Jay was helping me and did not want to see the papers since it was uploaded. However I failed to upload one state document and realized less than 30 mins after leaving the office. I called Jay immediately to let him know that one more state needed to be filed. He said he would do an amendment even though it was not past the deadline. I have called more than 4 separate times to follow up on this and yet here I am, 5/13 and he has still not filed this for me. I told him I could figure it out on my own but he insisted he would do it. I'm pretty upset about this service and the fact that I still have to figure out how to get this filed and I'm going to have to pay again for it even though I caught it the same day we filed my other returns. being fast and not thorough is not professional in my opinion, especially when they are not held accountable but I am. Why should I pay for their professional services when they mess up and don't fix anything... update- I tried calling the 800 number in the response below, they ended up hanging up on me hahahaha...so I called the local office again. I got a call back from a woman and she looked up my file and asked if I had mailed it in yet. I said no, jay said to upload the pa w2 and he would do it, which he has not. and he never communicated to me that it would not be e-filed but mailed in. So I told the nice lady on the phone to forget I called and that apparently since it's not on Jay's to do list that I will finish this last bit up and not return to this office next year. Glad to see he's helpful to others but I was not given the same service."
