"There was fraud on my card so they cancelled it. I’ve been on the phone TRYING to get a temporary card so I have access to my money while I wait their 2wk waiting period to get a new card for over a week and they still can’t do it. I’ve gone into the locations and tried and their “system won’t allow them” so if you want access to your own money, don’t use their emerald card. In fact just go somewhere else as they are rude and don’t care about their customers at all."
