Very rude gentleman answered the phone and I was inquiring about getting taxes done and had a quick question about Minnesota state taxes since this was my first year filing in Minnesota and he said he wouldn't answer my question or take on a new client and then just hung up on me!! Was rather unprofessional in my opinion!!"

"After reading the stellar reviews on google I decided to give this tax firm a try for personal taxes. Mind you the hours on google are incorrect it had stated that they indeed were open Saturday, my fault for not calling during the week. When I called the number on the door, the individual who answered was very short with me and even hung up on me. When I inquired about if they weren’t accepting new clients at this time of year if he had any recommendations. Real bummer, I love supporting small businesses but man that’s not how you treat people."

"Merle has been doing my family's taxes since before I was born. My parents are both self-employed so it's a little more work than a typical tax return. He has helped them immensely, and now that I'm married and have a child of my own, I've been using his services as well. The office is family friendly and there are always cookies and drinks available. Merle works quickly and is always on top of things, and his prices are reasonable especially given how much time you save. He's also open on weekends during tax season. I cannot recommend him enough!"
