"I recommend avoiding this office. The person who did our taxes seemed barely capable. We only chose to visit an “expert” because when we started online, we had a huge tax bill so we decided we should talk to someone. Dozens of typos, which I painstakingly pointed out as he completed each page. Our documents were available since we’d uploaded them, which he acknowledged but didn’t know how to retrieve them. Worst of all, when he “confirmed” the taxes owed and we asked what our deferral options were, do we have any options to pay over time or later in the year, his actual out loud response was, “No. Unless YOU want to call the IRS, wait on hold for hours, and ask, but even then they will likely say no.” Later we called H&R Block and tried to explain and ask for help—because you can in fact pay later and he should have helped us with that—but were told it was too late. Not a single person at H&R Block was helpful to us; all we wanted was to pay our tax bill in August. They charged us $250 for the pleasure of their ineptitude and rudeness."
