"My visit has been pretty disappointing so far. I had an appointment last week that I received a call 50 minutes before my appointment saying that they wanted to reschedule me for Monday at 3pm. I showed up early (2:25) just to make sure I wasn't late. It now 3:30pm and I still have quite some time to wait is what I have been told. No actual time. They wanted me to leave and come back again. I'm not doing that since tax deadline is tomorrow. I'm at a loss. Can't say anything good. It's now 5:12 and I am being treated like I'm not even here. Everyone else is more important than me apparently. Tom has walked away 5 times already since I have finally sat down. Definitely will be looking for somewhere else to do my taxes."

"It's been a year and Katherine Allen of Jackson-Hewitt has still NOT given me a copy of my tax return. Despite clearly written instructions, Jackson-Hewitt did not file my taxes correctly. THEN I contacted Jackson-Hewitt 14 times. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! 2/24: Jackson-Hewitt suggested I download the tax return at their sight. tHE PROBLEM IS AFTER A YEAR THE AMENDED TAX HAS NOT BEEN DONE."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Made an appointment for the location inside the Walmart a couple of blocks from here. Showed up, no one is there at the desk. I call the phone number and a man tells me that location is closed. Asks me to go to THIS storefront location a couple blocks away. Says to hold while he will call them. Hangs up on me. I go to this location. Also dark, closed, locked. POOR BUSINESS MODEL IF CLIENTS MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND LOCATIONS ARE VACANT."
