"The most unprofessional business I've ever worked with. The secretary always has a tone, like she's inconvenienced that people are calling. Literally her job... Nikki is the one that was working on my taxes, she was nice when we chatted on the phone but it took forever to get ahold of her. I'd send multiple messages in the client portal and leave voice-mails. It took up to 2 weeks for a response. I got them all my tax documents by the end of January, still wasn't done at the end of March. I feel like I just wasted so much time and now I have to find a new place. Awful."

I would describe my exact situation but I am currently trying to see what the out come will be and then I will update this review. So not much information, and I am sure others have had a better experience, but I didn't at all. And when it comes to taxes and the IRS it's no joke. So I would suggest going somewhere else."

"This was the best tax filing experiences that I have had. My preparer was very knowledgeable, she explained some information about IRA and Roth accounts that I was confused about , and she explained what she was doing as we were going through the process . This was my first time with this agency but I would, without exception refer my friends and family here. I will also add that given my previous preparer who had no contact with clients after you download your tax information ( even when you needed to provide additional information or had questions there was no contact) the personal touch and ability to ask questions was greatly appreciated."
