"The lady at the front desk if very rude and unprofessional. They for sure need to get someone professional and customer friendly at the front desk. I will for sure be reaching out to cooperate about her. My appointment was scheduled at 11 am and they changed it to 10:30 am after booking the appointment. I arrived at 10:25 and my husband came to the door to meet a closed sign and no one inside. We waited until the door said open which someone else was allowed to be waited on before me. The lady at the front desk proceeded to give me attitude as if it was my fault that I was not waited on first and said she didn’t let him in because he wasn’t a woman when we came at 10:25. Makes no sense. I was then having a private conversation with my husband about the situation and she butted in to tell me I was rude. This experience is crazy on a whole other level."
"I scheduled an online appointment to get my taxes done in person and the Tax Pro was late. They were short staffed and did not get my taxes done until 12pm. The Tax Pro Mel Daley was not personable or friendly. Mel Daley did not ask any questions to get the maximum amount money back while filing my taxes. The process was not transparent. I had to ask questions to get any information on my taxes. I felt like I was disturbing her by asking questions. She spent alot of time on the phone answering questions while doing my taxes. At the end of filing my taxes she handed me a folder with a bunch of papers inside. I had to ask her what was the federal, state, property taxes and the other papers inside. Filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt was not a pleasant experience."

"Mel was very helpful. She completed both this year and last year taxes for me. She was fast and very professional. I've never seen someone multi task as effectively as she did. She was the only representative working at the time and took on phone calls and walk ins all while completing my taxes. It was a great weight lifted off my shoulders. I will be returning for other services."
