"As a former CPA - I had such an unprofessional experience - avoid Bryan. I ended up having to switch offices to meet my tax deadline - as when I followed up to check in on progress I received an email back "you know I have other returns to do other than yours... right". If I wouldn't have called in and switched - I believe I would've missed the deadline as Bryan had taken over a week without any progress or communication sans the snarky comment. Go to the office on east lake instead - they were professional and prompt!"
"Elizabeth is racist, she made comments when we were alone. she made me come back 4 times, and my taxes still weren't done. I had lu perez. She's the receptionist not a tax person Fished my taxes on the 15th of March . And they are still not filed right.. if your a person of color i would not go there .. in the end I did turbo tax very happy and cheaper."
"Was told my taxes were ready, how much I was getting back from state, fed, and what the cost of filing was going to be. I got back to rhe office, taxes were not done. They had not been filled out correctly. Preparer had no idea how to enter 1095C info. Person helping my preparer told him to "just click those boxes, don't even ask her, we never ask them if we have consent to speak for them if there are any issues with the return" when the options clearly detailed they needed to get consent from me (which I would not have given). The cost of filing was increased to 288 from 118 without them saying anything or notifying me. 100% feel like I got ripped off. Will never file with HR block again and will vociferously protest my friends and family using their services."
