"Thanh C. was very helpful! I wasn't even her client, yet she was very diligent in fixing errors from three years ago. It took multiple days to fix/refile, and I felt she did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of. The rest of the staff I dealt with were quite pleasant as well."
