"Extremely frustrating experience. Tried to call branch about appointment and was greeted by a rude, unhelpful, and almost unintelligible receptionist. We then learned that we were paired with a first-year tax preparer who was unable to do basic rental income, despite having sent a summary of our tax situation and relevant tax forms prior to the appointment, and had to cancel our appointment. Completely disorganized - would not trust this branch to file taxes correctly."

"I've been filing my taxes with H&R Block for years, but decided to meet with a tax specialist for the first time since I recently purchased my first home. I was supposed to meet with Harry Burleson, but he never showed up to our meeting. I called his branch three separate times, each met with unfilled resolutions and false expectations. Harry then emailed me 2 hours later saying, "Sorry, I've been busy." So unprofessional and a complete waste of my time."

"We dropped off all our documents in early March. The preparer said he would have things finished in a few days. By mid April, close to the deadline, he had not returned multiple emails or phone messages. I called the office 18 times; only twice did anyone answer, and both times told me to call back, which I did, but received no answer. I called the useless toll-free number (long before receiving response below,) where the rep had no contact info for our preparer, even though his bio was on their web site. Only when we just drove to the office and showed up impromptu could we find our preparer."

"I have been with my Tax Professional for several or more years. I Like how he take the time to communicate go through the process with me. When I don't understand how the taxes are done he always give me great advice and I appreciated that. Going to him delight my year because he get me the best possible refund due to me. I wouldn't trust my taxes to anyone but him. I am very satisfied with all my return year after year. I rate my Tax Pro with a Platinum star which is excellent in my eyes. I love H&R Block!"
