"Had to return to this place 3x. A bunch of hassles. And to find out that last year H&R Block screwed up my taxes. Just a nightmare of a place. DON'T COME HERE. Waste of time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER."

"I had my 2019 taxes done here satisfactory, so I had made an appointment online to have them completed here again. The day before my appointment I received a text reminding me of my 9:00 appointment for the next day. Thirty minutes later I received another text reminder but the time of the appointment said 9:30. I tried multiple times to call the office to see if the appointment had changed but no one answered. I showed up at 9:00 the day of the appointment and was told they didn't have me scheduled until 9:30. The gentleman apologized and said he would try to get to me by 9:15. From 9:00 on, no one in the office spoke to me again. I continued to wait until 9:50 and told the only worker there that I was leaving and scheduling an appointment elsewhere. I ended up going to the H&R Block in Maple Grove an hour later. The staff there was much more professional and better organized. I will go to that location from now on."

"My tax preparer was very down to earth and informative. I had tons of questions because it was my first time filing and Don was super professional in explaining every single detail transparently! I had expected way less for my tax return than what was calculated and for that I truly believe they really do get you the maximum refund and cut no corners in the process! The tax advance is such an awesome feature as well, I was approved for a sustainable amount only 8 minutes after leaving my appointment. It was a nice amount to pay some bills that got high during the peak of Covid, there was still a good amount left over from the advance to spoil my son with and my fiance and I even had a date night! Also I still have a hefty amount to look forward to! I highly recommend H&R Block but more so this location!!"

"Came extra early for my Appointment. I thought maybe someone might be available so I went in a little earlier. Came to my time where I had an appointment at 1PM. they still weren’t done by the time it hit 1:20 I just left. Could’ve told me something instead kept talking to their client that came before me. Then had the nerve to call me and say sorry they were unavailable because they were still working on their client. Makes no sense. no communication at all. I wouldn’t come to this location again."
