"Lubna was disrespectful and did not explain what was being done. She clicked through everything very fast and didn’t give us a chance to explain anything about our situation. She told me my W4 needed to be fixed because I “wasn’t paying attention.” I found this extremely rude as I absolutely do pay attention to my documents and she knows nothing about me to say something like that. She also assumed that my fiancée is the one who pays our mortgage and asked us different questions during the process. She seemed very annoyed every time we asked a question so we stopped after a while. I don’t feel confident that my return was done correctly. We will be visiting another location to review our returns as they do not seem correct."

"If I could leave a zero star review I would. Luba Anwar was incredibly rude to my fiancé. Rushed through our taxes without explaining a single thing and then getting agitated with us when we would ask for her to explain something or asked a question. Felt very vindictive towards us, especially my wife."

"The ease of doing taxes quick and efficiently, my tax agent was so kind and patient, if I didn't understand something she explained it at a level I understood. Very calm and quiet place. I was out of there in 30 minutes with my taxes completed."
