"We submitted our taxes at the start of March. Received an automated email saying they had been received and we would be contacted by someone. Waited 2 weeks to give them plenty of time. Called in and found out they don't accept online submissions. Apparently they don't even know how or why there is an automated email telling people their forms have been submitted. Seriously!? It's our TAXES! How is this allowed? Who monitors the online submissions and why is that even allowed if the New Prague location can't accept them..."
