"Do not recommend. Wasted 2 hours of our time. First, we set up an appointment for our taxes, just to receive a phone call the day of our appointment before we were even awake, so we missed the call. Woke up in time to eat and go to the appointment we were supposed to have, just to find a message they left saying that they moved our appointment to a location 20 minutes further away from our home... We called and said that won't work, so they agreed to book us at another place closer to home... We arrived 10 minutes early... No one was at the location in Monticello we waited until about 2 min after our scheduled time to start and no one was at the booth to meet us... So we walked to the car and grabbed a water, came back right away, just to find that suddenly they were there but with someone else who was not there when we stepped away... Mind you, this is now 5 minute after our scheduled appointment that has been moved twice because of poor handling on their part... We waited 20 minutes and were never so much as looked at or acknowledged by the tax service staff and so we left... Booked on the phone with h and r block and immediately went there, no hassle, serviced right away."
