"It’s was fine, I do wish my other gal was still in Sioux Falls. She just explained things better and in a way I could understand. My tax person this time didn’t do that and I gave up on asking questions because I could feel myself getting frustrated at how confusing she made everything seem (it didn’t help that she would talk to her screen and not me so I could not hear her or read her lips) I didn’t appreciate how BEFORE and AFTER I came the receptionist and my tax expert were outside smoking by the front door and complaining about another coworker. This coworker in question angrily left work because they heard the conversation. As I was checking in she came up and said “I’m working from home the rest of the day” and left. (If I heard my colleagues talking poorly about me I would leave angrily too) The receptionist then began to talk to another lady while she was checking me in about how this coworker heard the conversation and left. It’s not professional to talk that way in front of a customer. It is making me reconsider trying another location next year."

He was great with our information and I know he was was very busy, but he was polite and patient. He provided elite customer service and we are very grateful!"

"Worst experience I've had trying to do my taxes. Dropped off my W2 forms and made an appointment. Went back for the appointment expecting everything would be ready. Found out they lost one of the W2 forms . So I've spent 2 weeks and four forty mile trips to sioux falls trying to get this fixed and get my taxes done. I don't recommend the H&R block office on S Minnesota in Sioux Falls SD"

"Ok, the guy who did my taxes was super awesome. I'm complaining about the lady in front desk. I went to do my taxes and I had to have my wife sign the paperwork and bring it back so I can get my original documents. All the payments have been taken care of. We signed a page that allows them to deduct the service fees from our return. So I gave the signed papers for the lady and asked her if I can get the original documents, she checked the computer and told me that I didn't pay the fees. I asked her to look again and explained everything. She got mad and said I'm not arguing with you, either you come back later or I will call the cops. She even refused to give me back the papers I just gave it to her. She is NOT professional. I'm NOT coming back here and make sure all my friends and family are aware of this."
