"I am a small business owner, Hired Westberg Eischens Jan 2023, we emailed back and forth up until April 2023 then no response. Tax day came and went then I finally heard back and they said they didnt file my taxes because they were waiting on my missing W2. I am a small business owner there was no W2! When I emailed the company about this I never heard back. They filed my taxes late. I would not recommend this company they don't seem to have their ducks in a row and have terrible customer service."
