"If you like your time wasted with uneducated tax " Professionals" this is the place for you... I have filled with H and R block for 17 years and this one is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Needless to say I well not be doing taxes with them no more. Plus all my identity information was leaked threw them and I didn't find out tell 6+ months after it happened. With little to no help offered to resolve the problem of them allowing my information to to be leaked."

"Absolutely horrible experience at H&R Block in Alexandria, MN. I took all of my documents in all paper clipped together and organized. But they ended up losing one of my W2’s. I was told that I must not have put it in my folder, because they don’t lose paperwork ever. No accountability from them, according to the lady I spoke with it was my fault. I know for a fact all of my W2’s were in there, they were all together and the one they lost I was specifically waiting on before I took everything in. The customer service was awful. I had to get my taxes amended for their mistake, and not even an apology from them. After they told me they don’t misplace documents ever, I was told that the office I took my taxes to was a mess this year. Horrible. I would not recommend anyone trust their taxes to be done here."

"I have been very pleased over the years working with Elaine. I enjoy the time we get to work on my taxes and catch up. I do however feel the cost for preparation $189 is high. I may look at alternative preparation next year. I believe our taxes are pretty straight forward and do not take much time to prepare."
