"Really getting fed up with this place, I have been using this place since 2017 and switched over to this branch since the last tax man in the Moorehead location was very unfriendly everytime I went to see him and ask questions. I moved my taxes over to this place in 2019 and had a good experience at first. Then in 2020 I got a letter from irs saying I owed $1000 in late fees. I called the taxman asking what that was about with no help and refusal to help from them at all. I had to get H&R block to figure out what happened and they did very fast for me. I have been calling and waiting for 2 months from the tax man for some explanation of what happened and no body gets back to me. I paid them for a service they did not provide and even after going there in person demanding answers nobody is willing to compensate me for what I paid them to do and did myself. Overall they did not take out my payment to the irs back in 2019 and expect me to pay that with late fees. It seems like they know what they did wrong but tip toe around everything and purposely don't answer their phone when I call."

"Utter shock&disappointment to say the very least!! My mother who is a senior citizen,took her taxes to be prepared by Steven&to say that he was rude is an understatement!! I'm pretty sure his sole job is to do what he is paid to do&that is prepare peoples taxes, NOT tell them that they are rich or poor which is EXACTLY what he did to my mom! I realize he does know how much money a person does or does not make however that does NOT give him ANY right whatsoever to actually say those words to his paying clients...EVER!!He had ZERO right to say anything about her financial situation,regardless of what it is to her or anyone else!! I realize this time of year is crazy busy to tax prep folks&that the senior citizens of this town may jot be your most important/wealthy clients but they are still a paying client who deserves dignity and respect."
