U.S. Bank Branch

"I went inside to open an account. I was told that no one was working that could do that and I could make an appointment for the following week. I would think at 11am on Friday there would be at least one person working. The teller was nice though, she contacted the other branch and booked me an appointment for a few hours later that is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I am aware of the expression "banker's hours" but this takes it to the extreme."

"After being brushed off very quickly, by a US Bank mortgage lender, I called this branch to inquire about a small personal loan. I was (again) brushed off quickly and told to submit an online application, which I did. Some time later, I received a generic letter from the bank. In the letter, I was denied the loan and given no reason for the denial. I emailed the loan officer and left voice mail messages several times to inquire why I was denied. I never did get a response from anyone at US Bank. I went to another bank and very quickly was approved (and given) a very large loan."
