"The compassion and treatment that our 16 Y/O Ruby received from the staff and Dr. Fish was nothing short of spectacular. They all loved Ruby and she loved them back. We started our journey with Dr. Fish in our neighborhood 11 years ago and there was no discussion, we followed her to Wellhaven when she went there. Ruby was a rescue that happened to be in a box at a flea market so she was our flea market baby. She had been on pain medicines for some time and we knew that it was getting too bad for her to continue a good life pain free. I will never forget her and the love she gave to our family and all that knew her."

"If I could give them a Zero Star I would …. We brought out 6 year old hound dog there for 2 tumor surgeries. One tumor was one his rear left leg and the other tumor was on opposite side stomach near his thigh. We were thinking they were just gonna do one surgery and let it heal then have him come him in for the other one to get removed. So he could recover in a less pain as possible since there tumors were in areas that he uses to lay down……but no they did them both so we had a dog that couldn’t lay down for 2 weeks. He would just stand all day and stare at us like he was in the most pain he ever endured and our dog is tough but it literally brought us to tears how much pain he was in cuz he couldn’t lay down under his own power cuz they sliced him up on both sides of his body making it impossible for him to sleep Unreal and uncalled for….i could understand if the tumors were on the same side of his body then yes do them both but not wen there opposite from each other. I believe this is malpractice and the vets do not care for the well being of your animals and they just wanna get the job done get paid and see ya later!!!! ZERO STARS and do not take you loved pets here at all costs!!!! First off we’re not bullying you guys we’re merely just informing other people about it experience e had at your location Second off we were never informed that the surgeries should be done separately cuz the recovery would be rough with the medicines you guys gave our dog….. you guys knew the Stelfonta was gonna attack the tumor aggressively and make our dogs leg swell up to the point where he couldn’t move it….i know this cuz we came in for an emergency checked up with one of your vets and they said that was normal for that to happen…. So if your vet knew this why would she perform both surgeries on our dog to make it unbearable for our dog to sit.That tells me you don’t care for the animal period. We were not attacking you professions or your mental wellness that’s on you…… we’re upset how you treated our pet/family member and it was not smart doing 2 surgeries on opposite sides of our dog for recovery sake."
