And they do not, mistake made on my part. Waited almost 2 hours for someone to even come into the room and see Vlad. But the staff are SO amazing and polite!! "Our hunting dog Russell, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, had a collision with a cattail last weekend that jammed into his nose. My husband cleaned it as well as he could, but it was obvious over the next two days that Russell was NOT happy. I called PLPH during regular work hours and they were able to squeeze him in between appointments. The vet sedated him and was able to locate and remove a 3 cm stick from WAY up his nose. We were amazed and thrilled that he was able to handle a tricky situation as quickly and efficiently as he did. We have 3 dogs and we are so glad that a friend made the recommendation.
