"Dr.Shea and her care team are continuously harassing me to take down my review after they overcharged us for not consensual procedures on my cat. They have called over 3 times after issuing me a refund for the procedure. Why would you beg for a bad review to come down if you have nothing to hide? I feel unsafe and their attitude and constant calling and begging for me to remove the review is harassment and unprofessional. Take the bad review and change your practices and hdo better. Don’t harass your patient’s owner to take down a negative review when THEY screwed up. Stay away from Dr.Shea and her clinic. They don’t care your cat. They only care about $$$ and a good reputation."
"We brought our cat in for a spay and everything went well. Until we got a phone call from the vet. She mentioned they did an ear cleaning and flushing. We didn’t consent to this and they charged us an extra 80$ on top of her surgery. It was almost 100$ more than our estimate after all was said and done. We signed nothing agreeing to this and we didn’t really need it as we could have continued with her ear medication instead. Do not take your cat to Dr. Shea. She is rude on the phone and dishonest. We will not be taking our cat back there and I suggest you don’t either."

Dr. Tessa, Stephanie, Dr. Joey and the entire staff helped us manage Koko’s kidney disease and then, after many years of a good quality of life, offered guidance about how and when to say goodbye to our sweet boy with dignity.
