"I am deeply disappointed with the recent service I received from the Fidelity Minnetonka Branch worker. Not only was their job performance subpar, but their attitude throughout the interaction was equally unacceptable. We deposited a large amount check in last Friday. Megan checked it and told my husband it’s done. We got deposit receipt. We left the branch. Later a message arrived my husband’s phone. It said we both of us need to sign. We couldn’t reach her and she didn’t left her extension phone number. We back to the branch early morning at Monday. She has mailed the check back to our old house 100 miles from us . We stopped this Fidelity for a long time Monday morning. Magen didn't come out and say sorry. I complained and the manager came and said we won't be back on Friday. He suggested we go to buyer’s house to take the check back or ask Tittle company rewrite a new check. We've been working all day for this check. Drive over 150miles. We never want to go back there again, never"

"I would stay away from aJennifer She costs us $13000 in taxes continued to lie never would call us back. We had to call the main office to get her to call us back. She never helped us one bit And that was just on a check that Fidelity sent this by accident and we were actually gonna give her our business. I'm glad we found out how bad that place really was"

"The guy would not stop pressuring my dad into opening an IRA account. He continued even after multiple, firm rejections and repeatedly saying we were not opening any new accounts. We just wanted to deposit a 401k rollover check into my dad's new 410k with Fidelity. They said they were unable to process it at this location, and that we had to print out and mail some forms. This contradicts the information provided on the Fidelity website for this location."

"I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes. Finally, Lukas answered and his response was "it has been a busy day" and didn't apologize for the long wait time - seemed to be in a rush. In a customer service industry, I was surprised at the inability to simply be courteous. I was not impressed and it seems consistent among others who are leaving reviews about this branch. I'll happily take my trades elsewhere."
