"Poor customer service. I was originally with bnc Bank and it got bought out by Coulee. I thought I closed my account over the phone and couldn't go in to a branch cause they closed my local branch and closest one is now a few hours away. They had my wrong address and ended up sending my account to collection for $20 that got multiple overdraft fees I never knew about."
