"The employees here are very rude and unhelpful. We were condescended to the entire time and struggled to gain access to our funds. They made it difficult and continued to confuse us, mumbling and giving us contradicting information. We spent over 2 hours at this location today to get a cashier's check. We'll be moving our money to a credit union as soon as possible. But I know for a fact they'll make it as difficult as humanly possible. We saw the tellers be actively rude not only to us but others in line before and after us. Calling out Sofia the teller for belittling and condescending and the brunette for being generally unhelpful. What's the point of having an employee who's job is asking 8 people in line what they're there for but not getting behind the desk to help things move along?"
"Wells Fargo has the worst customer service in the world. I have spent hours today trying to contact a banker to secure a personal loan. Five calls resulting in no banker can answer your call, but go on line to get appointment. Go on line and they give you a number to call, which tells you to go on line. This is causing me to question my twenty year relationship with Wells Fargo. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!"
"tried giving them a chance for 2 weeks straight to handle an issue on my account, not only are they inefficient but you literally cannot reach them via calling this branch. Seriously, you are wasting your time by coming to this branch for issues."
"Wells Fargo is the worst Bank been with them since 2009 as of today I’m done. I have online banking and I check my accounts all the time I would transfer money from my savings to checking before I pay a bill or make purchase and make sure I have the exact amount before using my card. For the last two days wells Fargo been making my account negative the first was $800 and Second was $300 two days apart saying I don’t have enough funds to cover the pending charges. That is not correct every time I used my card I check my account right away to make sure the money was taking and to see my available balance I used my card at least 5 times a day mostly for bills, rent and groceries once I make a purchase that money is gone and not negative because I make sure I have the correct amount of funds if not my card will decline and when my card is charged would show pending but the funds is gone. I talk to two people over the phone and they said it was my fault and that I didn’t have enough funds to cover my charges how is that possible when I transfer money into my account before making a purchase or to pay a bill I always operate my account like this and never went negative and this point I feel like Wells Fargo is trying to find ways to get money out me by making my account negative and saying I’m paying for my purchases when clearly that is not correct I’m paying double wells fargo and my bills etc I heard so many bad things about wells fargo but I never had any issues in till now I’m taking all my money and closing my account and going to a different bank Wells Fargo loss a loyal customer"
"The inflation is costing my family more than enough. My bank should assist, not add to that. Being a customer since 2005 I should not have to pay $5 for a money order. Wal-Mart is $1. After the clerk @ WF told me I could not deposit the change I save without rolling it 1st to go to Wal-Mart and use their machine. I did. "But they charge me I need to deposit this." I replied. So, in order to deposit the $130 in change I had...I went to Wal-Mart. It cost me almost $20 to get the change converted into dollars and then return to WF to deposit it. After I paid 10$ for 2 money orders and waitied in line 15 minutes. Wells-Fargo is worse than Wal-Mart. Thats all without the neay $5 a gallon gasoline I wasted. Unbelievable. Switching asap"
